Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shindig, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Shindig on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time except as required by law, or within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Shindig for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to harm others.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shindig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
