Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Your trial lasts 30 days. After that you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is never deleted — you have 30 days to export before any cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly across all paid plans.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
Can I invite my team on the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is for 1 user. Upgrade to Professional or above to add team members.
What does the Free plan include?
A public profile in the Shindig Directory and the leads that come from it: three free a month, then $2.99 to unlock each one or upgrade for unlimited. It's for one person and has no proposals, invoices, events or client tools. Upgrade any time to add them.
What are the limits on Starter?
Inquiries from your own forms are always unlimited. Starter includes one live form, five proposals a month, and three free leads a month from the Shindig Directory — past that, a Directory lead is still saved and you can unlock it for $2.99, or upgrade for unlimited. No client is ever turned away.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a paid subscription if you are unsatisfied, no questions asked.
